1. free estimate by phone as we did for years 
   
2. paperless estimates and invoices  is sent to rv owner by email 
   
3. upon our arrival our serviceman will wear face mask and rubber gloves
   
4. our serviceman will keep a distance of 6 feet from customer at all times 
   
5. during rv roof inspection we can text photos of repair service needed to rv owner cell phone 
   
6. we can also supply rv owner with face mask & rubber gloves or hand sanitizer during inspection with rv owner 
7. BILLING AND PAYMENTS invoice is sent to rv owner by email at time of service payable by debit or credit card online
